We have pretty much the middle one in front of our house- but it goes with the style house we have, and the neighborhood European feel. What style house do you have, I think that would be an important factor.

This is exactly what Tom and I have been saying.  We are just deciding if we want the fence to say it will poke you for extra security.

Here's some pictures of the back of my house.  We are going with the ornamental iron fence because we are not fence people, but need one to keep the dog in.  This way it will look good with our landscaping and you can still see everyone's yards.

I have a feeling we are leaning more to the smooth top one because of the contemporary look, which I think our house kind of is.

Let me know if you change your mind after you see my house.  I appreciate all the opinions!  It's hard to drop this chunk of change as it is and especially if you aren't sure of the exact one you want.
