My cousin is getting married in November on a Friday afternoon at 3pm. The invitation says formal. I'm still not sure if I will be able to go or not. I'm still waiting to see if I can get the time off work. So I don't want to drop money on a super formal dress I might not even get to wear if I can't go or one that I can't wear again. So could I dress this up enough for a formal event?

Sounds like we'll be swapping coasts for weddings in November then. My cousin is getting hitched in CA.
They are getting married on 11/11/11 at 3:15.... it's already a Friday afternoon. I don't know why they didn't go all out and do it at 11:11
My mom was saying last night that her boyfriend is going to wear a suit to the wedding. A beach wedding? Where we are going to be made to take off our shoes? I don't think suits are the couple's intention.
